Andrew is the owner of Confluence Outfitters, one of the top fly fishing guide services in northern California and is the president of the Shasta-Trinity-Cascades chapter of Trout Unlimited. He is serving on the board to promote recreational fishing and conservation interests and also to represent Mount Lassen Trout Farm (MLTF).  Headquartered near Manton in the Battle Creek Watershed, MLTF is the largest private trout farm in the state of California.  The farm grows rainbow trout for commercial stocking throughout the state and also grows steelhead trout for the restaurant market.  MLTF has also raised endangered winter-run salmon smolts at facilities in the Battle Creek Watershed.  Andrew is married to Katie Harris, the President of MLTF, and son in law to Phil Mackey, founder of MLTF.
