Trey Hiller
Trey came to Manton over 6 years ago after a friend started a nonprofit that purchased several key properties in Manton. While working on a community redevelopment plan, he “rediscovered” the Conservancy. With Phase II of the Restoration Project moving forward and PG&E planning on decommissioning Trey recognized the need for the Conservancy and has worked to reestablish it. Prior to Manton, Trey was a program director for the Salvation Army in San Francisco creating and leading a pilot program, “The Way Out”, to break the cycle of incarceration, addiction and homelessness, which has now been adopted nationally
