Trey Hiller

Trey Hiller

Trey came to Manton over 6 years ago after a friend started a nonprofit that purchased several key properties in Manton.  While working on a community redevelopment plan, he “rediscovered” the Conservancy.   With Phase II of the Restoration Project moving forward and PG&E planning on decommissioning Trey recognized the need for the Conservancy and has worked to reestablish it.  Prior to Manton, Trey was a program director for the Salvation Army in San Francisco creating and leading a pilot program, “The Way Out”, to break the cycle of incarceration, addiction and homelessness, which has now been adopted nationally
